Visit Last Man Standing ↗Last Man Standing runs survival-style prediction competitions for sports clubs and communities. Players pay to enter, pick one team to win each round, and the last entrant still standing takes the pot. Each organiser gets their own branded site, with results, standings, and payouts handled for them.
It shows we can ship a complete, revenue-generating product end to end: payments built in, every club gets its own branded experience, and AI cuts new-competition setup from days to minutes.
Under the hood: a React front end, an AWS serverless back end, Stripe Connect for entry fees and payouts, and an AI assistant that sets up a new competition from a plain-English description.
