What it is

FlowSim Pro is an interactive discrete-event simulation and capacity optimization engine designed to evaluate complex service networks, multi-stage customer journeys, and contact center operations before committing capital or staffing budgets. Instead of relying on static spreadsheets or idealized Erlang-C assumptions, FlowSim Pro models dynamic stochastic arrival distributions, multi-stage routing probabilities, queueing behaviors, and worker burnout thresholds. It calculates end-to-end KPIs — including service level adherence, abandonment rates, average speed of answer (ASA), and resource utilization — and features an algorithmic Pareto frontier solver that reveals the non-dominated trade-off curve between hourly labor expense and customer wait times.

What this tells you about working with us

It highlights the deep quantitative engineering, queueing theory, and operations research rigor FAIRTEK brings to every engagement. When we conduct IT outsourcing audits, review managed service provider staffing models, or negotiate enterprise SLAs, we don’t accept vendor estimates at face value. We use mathematical modeling and simulation science to pinpoint systemic bottlenecks, eliminate overstaffing waste, and verify contractual service delivery with verifiable data.

Under the hood

Under the hood: a high-performance React and TypeScript client simulation engine featuring an interactive visual canvas for directed workflow graphs, real-time Pareto frontier computation, and automated executive report generation. Hosted on AWS and deployed on FAIRTEK’s default-off architecture, the platform automatically scales compute to zero during idle periods and wakes instantly on demand, keeping operating costs minimal while delivering enterprise-grade responsiveness.
